  • Got a very enthusiastic referral for this business. We were satisfied with the work they did for appliance installation. It seemed crazy expensive but the dishwasher and fridge was in when the delivery service couldn't manage it. Fast forward a couple of weeks. Tub won't drain and the rooter guy says it isn't clogged. Called Prestige and they came out immediately which was great on a Saturday afternoon. They said it was the drain mechanism and agreed to come back Monday. No call no show Monday & couldn't be bothered to pick up when I called. Reached them Tuesday and they insisted o run home immediately to put the part outside so they could find a replacement. I don't hear anything till I called Thursday. They said the part was too old & they'd need to go into to wall. Agreed to 2:00 Friday. I'd gotten scheduled for a 2:00 meeting and didn't want to make them wait. I called and learned a job in North Phoenix was running long. No call no show no answering my phone calls to find out a status. At 930 at night get a call with no offered explanation nor apology. They could not have cared less. Got a lame offer to come Saturday. I explained I was frustrated that I had prepaid for service AND come home from work early twice in one week to get 100% blown off. If you want someone to actually show up at times they agreed to, you will want to find another plumber. If you like to be jerked around this is your place!
