| - I am torn between a 4 and 5 start rating. I am giving 5 because I think this company went above and beyond to make a wrong right. I scheduled an appointment online yesterday, for today, the screen on my phone has shattered. I chose the 8am-9am timeframe and received a confirmation email as well as a couple text messages and even a phone call. I was impressed. Well today came, 8am and 9am came and went and no contact, at 9:13am I called the number back from yesterday, they said they could see that my appointment window passed and would reach out to the tech, Jose. I also replied to the email stating that I was unhappy and would have appreciated any communication letting me know he would be late or could not make that timeframe scheduled. I had to leave my phone with my husband and go to work, so I am not sure how long it took the tech to reach out or if he did but I received another email stating my appointment time was changed to 10-11am, and a reply to my inquiry about him not showing up. The reply was apologetic and stated that they wanted to make it up to me, I was very impressed with the offer and can tell that this company values it's customers. When the tech arrived he stated that he had "just" received the work order, I don't know or care if that is true but the company really did impress me and for that I gave 5 stars and would totally recommend them if you are in need. If I need this company again I would request a different tech, he did not strike me as honest. He told my husband that he was going to throw on the special glass (on the website it is $10) until my husband told him that we received an email stating otherwise, he said "I am sure I will get an earful for this". Thank you CellSavers, I am a customer for life!!! Jose, maybe try to be on time in the future.
