I called to order flowers from the Rose Cottage for my niece specifically because they advertise free SAME DAY delivery. I called first thing in the morning to ask for delivery that day because of a special occasion for my niece who goes to U of W. Talking on the phone to order the arrangement was nightmare. The woman who I spoke with was distracted and there were several loud noises that kept interrupting us. I was concerned when I hung up that she had missed some information because she seemed rushed and like she was not paying close attention to our conversation or was not hearing me correctly. I was VERY upset when I discovered that my flowers were not in fact delivered that day. I called the next day to follow up, and the woman who I ordered with the day before was very, very rude about it. She told me she had them down to be delivered today, instead of yesterday. When I told her that wasn't correct she answered with, "Well what do you want me to do about it? They are out on the truck now for delivery." There was no apology, no acknowledging there had been an error. I am appalled at the poor customer service. I am now crossing my fingers that she got the message correct on the card, since when I called today they had my nieces name wrong on the order. Very disappointing.
