  • Just completed our 3rd stay at this wonderful resort. We stayed at the Villas again. Everything was as good as ever save for one minor glitch which sounds petty but took time to resolve and should not have happened. I was having trouble logging into their free wifi so I called the front desk. They told me something to try which I did but it did not resolve the issue. I called them a second time and after searching deeper she called me back to tell me we were NOT checked in which of course was incorrect. She got us checked in and I was able to log on but that was something I did NOT expect from a resort of this caliber. My only other gripe is that the on site restaurant stopped serving breakfast at 11 am on a Saturday. Even though the buffet was still set up, they told us we couldn't have it because they were breaking it down which I can understand. We didn't like the 1 bedroom suite we had this time as much as the first one. It was considerably smaller and darker but very comfortable nonetheless. It was located in Building 4 on the 4th floor which had a nice view. The mattress was mushy and too soft for my back.
