  • Since I was on a business trip, the bill for my ride was directly billed, I am not sure how much it costs to be picked up from the Phoenix airport and dropped off at the Residence Inn in Scottsdale. I was impressed with the car as it looked very new and the interior was very nice with soft leather seats. I was picked up promptly by a nice driver who also helped me with my luggage. The gentleman on the phone was also very polite when I called to be picked up at the airport and walked me through where to go and wait for my ride. The only thing that bothered me a little was that corporate let us know clearly that both the gratuity and the fee was taken care of for me but the driver tried to convince me that the gratuity wasn't included. I didn't get his name but he said he was from Ethiopia. On the other hand, my co-worker mentioned that her driver was awesome and gave her so many tips on where to go and what to do in the area that she tried to give him additional tip but he told her that it's already included and not necessary! I guess it just depends on who you get!
