  • I've never had a better Urgent Care experience than I did a couple days ago. The staff was efficient + kind (I was in and out in less than an hour), and the doctor I saw (Dr. Dersam) was empathetic + accommodating; I'm already feeling a TON better because of the prescription she gave me. The office staff even called today to follow-up and see how I was feeling. It wasn't a survey, it was simply a follow-up to see if they needed to do something more. What service! Bravo, NextCare Urgent Care! Bravo!!
