  • Called about a wellness check for a sister I think could possibly be in an abusive relationship. Gave a last known address and phone number and have names of both the sister and her husband. Officer that answered was condescending and not helpful. She said unless there is a violent incident they have no reason to check up on her. The whole reason I'm asking for their help is because no other family lives near there and I'm confident there's abuse going on but I suppose I won't know unless she turns up dead. People wonder why the police and citizens have such a volatile relationship this is an example.
