  • Our A/C stopped blowing cold air on Sunday evening and hottest day of the year on top of things. My husband called and left a message at 7:00 pm Sunday night and received a call back within 5 minutes. Tech was to our house at 6:00 Monday morning and had the problem fixed in less than 30 minutes. Tech was courteous, prompt and friendly. We will recommend SureTemp to everybody we know. Hands down best customer service we have ever received!
