  • Not horrible, but not the best either, definitely not for the money. At $800+ a month, I wasn't expecting amazing convenience or amenities, however the minor inconveniences do pile up. Fridge doesn't cool enough (spoiled milk twice), some light bulbs were broken and never got changed, lots of broken concrete slabs on the upstairs walk-ways, LAUNDRY CLOSED DURING HOLIDAYS... all of which wouldn't have bothered me in the slightest, but the absolute worst was the fact that THEY HAVE NO RELIABLE INTERNET (much less fast internet service). I tried several times to get them to inquire about it, and their response, verbatim was: "Cox Cable must not have good service because of repairs around here" or "let me restart the router, I already restarted it". Seriously? It's a BUSINESS, not your grandma's place. Be a good manager, get on the goddamn phone and call Cox to fix it, or better yet, invest on a new reliable router, which at 800$ per unit per month, you should be able to pay for freakin' internet for everyone, and then some. If you're on an absolute need for a no-contract place, I've seen worse, however that doesn't mean I would recommend this place. It's in a safe-enough area, and the pool is nice which might come handy if it wasn't winter, but they should definitely take way less care of their lawn and put their money where it actually matters. People there are nice, receptionists are really sweet, just not completely helpful. If you're looking for a decent place in the area, and you're looking to stay there for a long time, there are plenty of them across the freeway, by the light train tracks. For a "quick" extended stay, Anchorage Point will do, but know that there are options.
