  • Daughters birthday party was here.. The party host was extremely rude. He dropped her cake and acted as if it was no big deal. After I spoke with the manager about the situation she did refund me $50 for the inconvenience.. however I will never have a birthday party there again. We basically got kicked out of the party room as soon as she was done opening her presents. The staff made people move from their table to immediately start setting up for another party. Not to mention I had to ask quite a few times to get a garbage bag for the gift wrap from her presents.. pass out cupcakes (host didn't do that) and refill drinks. For the money you pay for the party it IS NOT worth it. I basically did his job for him. I feel the parties get booked on top of each other, making people feel extremely rushed and pushed out. I gave this 1 star because of the refund from the manager. other than that it would have been zero. They need to choose their staff more wisely and make the birthday party experience more personal and enjoyable.
