  • I can't say enough for this dealership. Let me start by saying that I came to this dealership on a referral from a friend. I was 24 when I first came and I was excited because this is my first vehicle purchase. Hell I had been trying to buy a vehicle since I lived in Georgia two years ago. Anyways I went in looked at a few vehicles and finally decided on a 2013 Camry. It was perfect. It was roomie for me and I'm 6'5". So I only spent a few hours there that day. So I left with my vehicle everyone was amazingly nice and friendly. So fast forward to 2.5 months after I bought the Camry and I'm hit by a drunk driver going the wrong way up the off ramp of the freeway. I didn't have a vehicle and I hadn't made the second payment on it. So I call the next day to let them know what happened and that I might be in for a new one soon. Not only did I get a call back from them but it was nice before we started about new vehicles they asked about me and how I was doing. After months of going back and forth with insurance and Toyota I finally was able to get into a new vehicle after mine being totaled. I got into a RAV4 since at the time of looking getting in and out of a lower vehicle hurt my back to much. Right Toyota has be patient and understanding and caring. I have never experienced this from a company that big. They make you like you are home and you as a customer are the number one. Not once I have I ever felt pressured to buy anything I didn't or that they thought was an extra. Btw they are the ones who suggested I get gap when I didn't want to and thanks to them it came in handy. Right Toyota has earned my business for life and when I am ready to buy a new vehicle I will only go to them. Take it form me go with them they are the best and they are the one to beat. THANK YOU RIGHT TOYOTA FOR EVERYTHING YOU HAVE DONE.
