  • I have never dealt with so many rude dispatchers/operators in my life. Getting a cab should not be such an arduous big deal. This is the fourth time I have tried to get a cab and have to be "hassled." Told today that they now no longer take time calls and that "there's no guarantee you'll get a cab anyway." This city needs some competition for this company.
