  • My husband doesn't shop online very often. He ordered me a backpack similar to one I wanted, but I did not like it when it arrived. They do not advertise the return policy before you buy something. You have to look for it. They would not offer a refund, only a return for store credit. I filed a complaint with the Attorney General's office where I live. I will never buy anything from this place again.
