  • Brunch review: after two nights drinking in the strip the wife and I popped in for a dry brunch. At least that was the plan. We were sat in the covered atrium. We were hoping for an outside table but were pressed for time. In hindsight i am glad we weren't outside. The atrium was perfect providing natural light without the wind or direct sun. Our server was extremely polite and helpful. She was present when needed but not in our face, exactly what i would expect from a European styled cafe. After reviewing the cocktail menu we were both enticed. I had the Bellini (my first). It was wonderful and I am now a convert. I had to google whats in a Bellini to know what I was drinking! I had the eggs Benedict special. It was Mediterranean style with spinach, roasted tomatoes and artichoke hearts. The muffin was crisped nicely, eggs cooked perfectly (popped when pushed with a fork covering the muffin in yolk) and the Hollandaise was amazing. The vegetables were also properly excellent. Sautéed to be warm and soft exterior but still a bit of crunch. I didn't even miss the meat in the dish. My wife had the quiche and this was excellent as well. Crust was right thickness and doneness to provide support and crunch but not drown out the flavor of the eggs. Good mixture of meat and veggie in the quiche to still be an egg dish but provide the flavors we were looking for. We never felt rushed even though they had a line of people waiting for tables. This place hit on all my key points for 5 Star: atmosphere, service, cocktails and excellent food. We will definitely be back
