  • I received same day service that was quick and informative. The technician educated me on the problem and my options. A different company assessed the same door and said I couldn't repair it. Neighborhood Garage Door repaired the door, which was more affordable for me and a sensible option. The door has a motor issue however, it could not be resolved (I can not recall why but it's a very old unit.) The technician was professional and very friendly with great advice. I do not recall them telling me (over the phone) that I had a $49 estimate fee so I was surprised to hear that when the technician arrived. Most companies provide a free estimate, so that is why I am giving them 4 stars.
