  • I had a great experience here. I walked into this place about a year ago and the guy in there was not pleasant, so I wrote it off for good. A couple of month's ago I saw a sign out front that said "New Ownership", so I decided to give it another shot (pun intended). I talked with a guy, who I think was the owner. I was having an issue fitting a new quad rail to my AR. The other couple of gun shops in the area all wanted $50-80 just to put eyes on the gun. The guy at Elite said "Bring it in, I've got some tools in the back. We can figure it out together. If we can't, then I'll charge you to send it out to my gunsmith." He was offering to help me fit it for free! That's a seriously good dude, and business owner. I never actually went back. Just got too busy. My poor rifle has been sitting in it's case with no handguard on it. I was flipping through the New TImes this morning and saw an ad for them and it made me remember the great experience I had that first night I walked in. As luck would have it, I'm in the market for a new EDC handgun. I will happily give my money to a business with such excellent customer service!
