  • This is officially MY sushi place in Phoenix. I've traveled far and wide, tried sushi in many states, in many countries, and in many ways, but this place has it all! The cuts aren't perfect, like they are in other places, but they are thick and of such high quality you just don't care! The specials change based on what's fresh. The chefs are friendly and excellent at what they do. The servers are kind, and attentive. I was able to get types of sushi (as well as sake and beer) that I haven't been able to find elsewhere! (at least not in the states) The waits can be long because of the high volume of people and the tiny dinning area, but they do take reservations. I almost hate to give such a glowing review because the more people, the bigger the line! But... I must, because it's just too good! If you're a sushi novice and wanting to try for the first time - this is your place! If you're a sushi aficionado, and just like what you like, but want it better - this is your place! If you're a sushi expert and wanting what you can't find elsewhere - this is your place! You won't be disappointed!
