  • Not sure what happened, but went in asking for soft long layers and some volume, with pictures from pinterest. Ended up with a very choppy hair cut with way too much texturizing by Miranda (kind of ended up looking like the mom from the Brady Bunch which was definitely NOT the look I was going for). Did call to get it fixed by the salon owner which they agreed to, but decided just to try and let it grow out before it gets too short. FYI I have been there before and the owner cut and colored my hair and did a great job. But was I a hurry to get it done, and he was not available - lesson learned. Officially the worst haircut I have ever had
