  • By far the best customer service I have ever experienced at a hair salon! I went there for the first time today, and even though it was super busy, I was greeted immediately by the front desk staff. It was just a minute later when I was also greeted by Laurie, the stylist assistant. She was super warm, and immediately engaged me in conversation and offered a lot of information on the salon. Then I met Julie, the Stylist, who was also very warm and welcoming. I just can't say enough good things about Julie and Laurie, and how well they treated me. And as for my hair? Let's just say I walked out feeling better than I have in years! I have really coarse straight Asian hair, and I've had a really hard time finding a stylist who understands how to handle my hair type. Julie knew exactly what I wanted, and how it should be cut. Thank you, thank you, thank you! The stylists are wonderful, and the front desk staff are absolutely on point when it comes to managing client flow.
