| - I found t&n on Facebook. I did some research because we were well over due for a new mattress, ours is 15 years old. My husband loves hard and I love soft, so I think that is the reason it has taken us so long to purchase another one...that and the fact that we believed we needed to spend thousands of dollars to get a quality mattress.
So my husband and I made a trip to the showroom in downtown Phoenix to try out the t&n mattress. From the minute we walked in we were greeted with the friendliest staff. We signed in and, unlike other mattress stores, taken to a small bedroom that was private so we could lay down and ask questions, all in private! I absolutely loved it!!! No other customers or staff staring at you or trying to up sell you to a better, more profitable, mattress. We felt completely comfortable and enjoyed every minute of it!
The guarantee that t&n has is just awesome! We are allotted 100 days to decide if we want to keep it or if we change our minds they will donate the mattress to the less fortunate, which is simply honorable.
So we purchased a King mattress and it arrived at our doorstep 4 days later. It was so nice to not have to lug a king mattress home or arranged to sit in a "delivery window" of 2-4 hours. It just shows up at your doorstep.
We set it up, which is the easiest setup of a king size mattress you could ever experience!!
Now it's been over a week and so far so good. It's a little more firm then I am used to but I honestly believe that I am going to end up keeping it.
The last thing I want to say is that this company went above and beyond not only selling us a great bed but also keeping us happy AFTER the sale.
We arranged to have the Salvation Army come to pick up our old mattress, a free service.
Unfortunately, because the mattress is so old and has stains, they refused the pick up. So now what do we do?
I contacted t&n and they had no obligation to help us get rid of the old mattress. However they went above and beyond and made arrangements to have the old mattress taken away!!! This is an amazing company, from start to finish, they stayed true to their customers.
It is impossible to find companies like t&n anymore and we couldn't be happier!!!!!
If you, or someone you know, is looking for a new mattress, you HAVE TO give t&n a try.
