  • Meh. They were thorough and clear about everything during the sign up process. I saw their reviews but decided that most were people who just didn't pay attention or plan accordingly. My stuff was packed, measured and ready. I knew exactly how much space I'd be taking up, so there were no surprises with price. However, they were not clear about delivery. They told me how often things go west and how they load trucks and leave. I quickly booked with them since they said a truck would be leaving in a few days. Unfortunately, they didn't tell me that once they picked up my things, that said truck was already spoken for and that my stuff was "in line." So, my stuff sat somewhere for over 2 weeks before it finally left Chicago. Then they told me I'd get a call when my things left Chicago. That would help with knowing roughly when it would arrive. Instead, I got a call less than 12 hours before it would arrive. It was after 5pm when they called and expected I'd have the rest of the payment in cash. The bank was already closed. Delivery guys were decent. No problems there. Basically it's their office management that sucks. I asked for a callback from the manager regarding some of the drop off issues (and the fact that they don't give you a receipt after giving them cash) and of course I don't get a callback anymore now that they have their money and dropped off my stuff. Lousy service! Next time I move cross country I'll trash my stuff and buy new things rather than go through this headache again.
