rev:text	I ordered flowers online with specific instructions over deliver and specified and paid for an expedited delivery to a location only 2 blocks away from their office. I had to call to follow-up after the delivery was not made (2 hours after my window) and the person answering was flighty and blamed it on being an online order for them not being able to follow directions. The worst part, the bouquet looked like a 5 year old out it together. It wasn't as advertised online and was extremely disappointing. I will not be using this business again.
