| - I would have given 3 1/2 stars if I could only for the overall quality of the food offerings.
We ended up here on Tuesday night for seafood night. It's a bit pricey, $27.99 for 1 person, but there really is a lot to choose from.
Let me just bullet point it here:
1) sushi should have been set it with fewer pieces so the rice wouldn't be as dried out as it was.
2) salad bar seemed fresh enough but I didn't even bother with that...had to leave room for everything else
3) cold bar had oysters, crab, peel and eat shrimp, and a few other items I wasn't sure about. The shrimp were good even though I had to peel them.
4) hot bar was another story. Pasta (didn't have any), ribs (pretty tasty and adequate meat), crab (yummy but it would have been nice if they were at least pre cracked or crab crackers were available, I ended up using a fork), breaded shrimp (ok, nothing spectacular), breaded clams (I was really looking forward to these but I was disappointed, they were rubbery), corn was good and the seafood bisque soup was probably the best part of the meal!
5) dessert options were plentiful but the couple that we tried were a bit dried out, but still tasty.
I guess I'm not a real buffet person so I'm not the best judge (seems to be too much money for the little food I take) but as buffets go this one was good.
Our waitress was friendly and filled out drinks in a timely manner.
