  • I am utterly disappointed in the service my family received at the Carolina Place Mall Ashley Furniture store location (Pineville, NC) and will not recommend anyone to this or any other Ashley store. My father purchased a piece of furniture in December of last year and scheduled a February delivery (the earliest available) which would arrive just in time for my mother's birthday. To this day the furniture has not been delivered, in fact it has been rescheduled more than three times! On one occasion, Ashley even tried to deliver the wrong furniture and expected us to compromise. It's been 8 weeks now, with no follow up service! When my dad revisited the store to inquire about the delivery/product status, Pam and Andy (the once helpful manager and associate) were standoffish and stated "I have another customer I have to help now." Outrageous !! I expected much better customer service and care from a globally renowned furniture company. This is shameful and disgusting. - an irate customer's daughter
