  • This has been the worst rental experience that I have had in my LIFE!!!!! This is by far the most mismanaged branch that I have ever dealt with. I have been trying to resolve a matter since Friday afternoon.I spoke with manager at this location named Matt who was very condescending and rude. No matter what I said or asked, Matt did not listen to respond to my concerns. He kept repeating the same thing over and over again. I asked for his direct supervisors number and left him a message this past Saturday. I have yet to receive a response from him. I am not on the phone again trying to make arrangements to return this rental. This is the fourth call where the system says that no one is available after about 4 minutes and disconnects. When I speak with someone at the reservations number, they indicate that I need to speak with someone at the local branch. This is ridiculous, frustrating and unprofessional. Once I return this rental is returned and I am done, I will not do business with with Enterprise again; even if it is an insurance claim! In the past, I have only rented from Enterprise...not any more.
