| - The apartment itself is fine. Brand new, nice furnishings and good design. HOWEVER, the people that live here are terrible. I've now been threatened twice after asking people to move out of my parking spot. I don't feel safe, and I would never park a nice car here either. I've needed to get a security system installed in my apartment, which is the first time in the seven years I've lived in Las Vegas.
Also, management essentially gives people 48 hours before ever towing anyone from your spot. So, I'm at a loss as to the point of assigning parking spots in the first place. Especially because everyone living here is an entitled jerk with questionable means of income i.e. they're always here and don't care if a parking spot is or is not assigned, only that they don't have to walk.
Lastly, the Wyatt started moving people in without the complex being finished, so the pool has not been usable and they've repaved the complex in stages, which is a HUGE hassle. Overall, I'm unimpressed with how things have been managed as well as their lack of candor about the state of completion.
I would not recommend this complex to anyone.
