  • I really did enjoy this museum!! One of my favorite of all time. I am a sucker for old neon signs and things from the past. Some things to note: you must book tickets online if you want to experience the museum. A day and night tour are your choices. The tour lasts an hour long I believe. Day tour costs 15$ and night 25$. I went to the day time one at 3pm since the night time ones were sold out, I had booked it a couple days ahead too so be wary of the tours getting sold out. The tour guide is very informative, offering many pieces of history with each sign. I really appreciated that because he tells the story behind each sign. The guide stresses that guests are not allowed to take videos, only photos, and to not touch the signs. Apparently the signs are very toxic and flammable. Also, we aren't even allowed to touch the rocks that guide the way too- toxic material has also accumulated on the rocks. There were 2-3 breaks in between for photo ops and such. We were not allowed to wander off on our own. The tour went along a path that winded around "the junkyard." At the end, there are several minutes to take some pictures in the area. The day I went though, we had to be escorted off because there were a few models there for a photoshoot. Towards the end of the tour, a few of the lights started to light up! That was nice to see. Parking for the neon museum is in a designated parking lot across from the building. By the parking lot seems to be another lot where more neon signs reside! I do recommend checking this place out if you're into the history of LV and seeing some vintage signs.. I really enjoyed but just wished it lasted longer and was more accessible.
