  • We worked with Joe and his Team of professionals from November 2014 to April 2015 to complete a "time sensitive" 1031 exchange. We are from the SF Bay Area and had no experience buying in the Vegas market. Joe and his Team helped to put us at ease throughout every step of the buying process. He set up several visits in a day to properties we picked out on his website and picked us up from the airport upon our arrival. Joe also visited homes for us and allowed us to see them with him via Skype. We found his contacts and experience to be invaluable to us during our search and were pleased to know he had built a good relationship with the realtors of the open homes that we visited on our own. Joe found the perfect home for us in every way before it ever hit the market and had our offer immediately approved because of his rapport with the seller's agent. We realize that we could have never had this perfect property had we not chosen to work with Joe. He and his excellent team of professionals handled our home search, home purchase, loan process, insurance needs and property management of our new home without a hitch and we couldn't be happier about our purchase. His property manager also rented our new home within 1 day! Our "time sensitive" 1031 exchange was a real nail biter but Joe helped to bring us to a successful completion.
