  • Richard was so helpful and friendly. He walked us through everything in a way we understand and explained different aspects we had little knowledge on in a very thorough way. As first-time home buyers, we weren't sure what to expect, and he made the process so easy for us. Highly recommended. Edit: also worth mentioning the extreme and insane level of detail with which he inspected our home. Things like "this cinder block in the wall is loose" and "there's a small piece of glass between your dual pane windows, although i can't find any damage to the window."
