Just got turned away from the groomers for being 20 min. late. Erin in the grooming department called me while I was getting out of my car. I walked in and she told me she wouldn't have time for my dog. There was one other associate in the grooming shop and only 1 dog. She repeated that she wouldn't take my dog because they changed their policy on certain dogs. I understand I was late but it wasn't like she was doing anything else. She was scheduled to take care of my dog for over an hour and 20 minutes late and she acted like her whole day would be ruined. Then her manager, a young man that seemed very jittery, agreed with her decision to turn my business away. I told them both that there are others services out there and that PetSmart will no longer have my business.
