  • This guy is a rock star and will help you to get through the process of selling your home! Jeff helped me sell my home of 10 years back in 2009. Yes, right in the middle of the downturn. He helped me identify a reasonable price point, set my expectations appropriately and delivered on those expectations. Every appointment and communication was timely, and the overall process was well organized. I never felt like I didn't know what was going on, or that I had any areas that weren't 100% clear to me. He did all the normal realtor things such as open houses and scheduled showings. All were without drama or incident and minimal inconvenience, until we had found a buyer and settled on a suitable price. Then, right at the closing bell, the buyer came up with some petty items that would have killed the deal. I was out of town and would have never agreed to fly all the way back to Phoenix to address the issues. Jeff managed to resolve them before I was aware anything had gone wrong, and received my funds on time nonetheless. Impressive. If I should need to buy or sell property in any area he is licensed, he will be the first person I will call; and I will and do often recommend him to friends and colleagues. 5 stars!
