  • Don't do business with "Things Remembered" in Galleria Mall in Henderson - very bad customer service. I made a purchase that had defects and they said they would have to redo the item and I asked that since they were going to redo it anyway, could I change a color on the item and she said yes. Today I get a call from associate, Michelle, who said I have to pay for the change. I explained to her what happened and she said "too bad, you still have to pay". Guess I won't be doing business or referring customers there anymore!
