  • The worst customer experience I've ever had in my life ! This lady with black hair probably in her 50's was absolutely rude , argumentative and aggressive in her attitude. I was even trying to be nice and talk with her. I didn't deserve the treatment I got ! I'm sorry but I've worked customer service for years you don't treat customers this way ! She was arguing over the transaction that she had no clue about what she was doing and knew so tried to blame me for it. Telling me I should have given her my rewards # which doesn't have anything to do with my Kohl's cash and coupon ! So she kept going on about it and I finally told her how rude she was. I've never have said to someone before how rude they were until this lady !!! Unbelievable how she can keep a job !!! She should be fired too many people need a job who can do the job with integrity and pleasure !!! I will probably not shop at that store again !!! Terrible experience !!! P.s. there was another customer standing next to me and even looked at me and shook her head. Now that's says it all !!! Her name started with a "C" beware !!!
