  • I stand 100% behind my initial 5 star review. Hopefully will be returning to Phoenix in January with family members including 3 grand kids to meet up with family members coming from the opposite direction and i will book all of us into this very same motel. In the 2 1/2 days i was there, there never was an Indian lady. Service was examplary and in fact, on the occasion i needed help, it was given. How to explain the very bad reviews after my initial one? Maybe these 2 people stayed in the vicinity, but at the other Super 8 not that far away.
