  • I'm a relatively new convert to sushi. I've only been eating it a few years now. At first I was afraid of it, then I never really got any good sushi. I caught the vision about a year ago. Since then I have been everywhere trying everything. This is my favorite sushi place so far. My mouth waters every time I think of having sushi here. Everything I've tried has been really good. The flavors are vibrant and not muted. The spicy food comes out spicy, the cold food comes out cold, the hot food comes out hot, the sweet food tastes sweet, the crunchy food is crunchy, and the soft food is soft. It all works wonderfully together. It really is like an orchestra in your mouth. Everytime I go there I randomly try a different dish. Each one is better than the last. I really enjoy choi's favorite, hands-up, and the pearl. If I had a complaint it would be that the menu gives each dish a unique, sexy, sometimes fun raunchy name, but does a poor job of describing the differences between the sushi rolls. Ultimately it doesn't matter cuz they're all very good. Service is usually average to poor. They do a good job of turning tables quickly but not really taking the time to be attentive. But the food is so good that nobody cares. Tanoshimimasu
