I love Uncle Tetsu's products and I don't mind lining up to wait for their oh so soft cheesecakes, but I don't think I'll ever buy from this location again. During the Canada Day long weekend, while a friend and I were lined up waiting for our cheesecakes, we noticed that the folding/mixing process involves one of the workers arms elbow deep in the mixing bowl, sans gloves or any covering. That's right, the mixing tool is her entire arm. Um, no thanks. Total turn off.
