  • While this store gets an F in both customer service and pool chemistry knowledge. The regional office gets 5 stars for the way they handled the situation. After very poor advice and product use from this store my pool developed significant issues. The store handled the entire situation very poorly but the regional manager reached out to me and made the situation right. That's the way to make certain you have a loyal customer for life. Thank you.
