  • Capital did a really clean job with my tint. I was reluctant at first because of all the bad reviews but through Groupon I got an awesome deal. Another place quoted me almost $200 more. David who was my salesperson had great customer service and was very friendly. The two reasons why I'm giving 4/5 is because they do push the up-sell on upgraded tint a little too much (just like the reviews said). While I was there they asked me on 3 separate occasions to upgrade my tint film to a higher quality. I was pretty set on the price range I was quoted for the out the door price. They kind of make you feel like I was making the wrong choice of film quality for not upgrading even though thats what they offer. The second reason is because I set an appointment at 1000am and they didn't start on my car till about 1130am. The reason I knew they didn't start right away is because John called me while I was sitting in the shop waiting for my vehicle and told me he was about to start cutting the film, but before he did he wanted to make sure I didn't change my mind about upgrading the film. So instead of a 2 hour wait like they estimated, I finally got out of there at 130pm. I should give 3/5 because of those reasons, but I am happy with my tint and David was very helpful.
