  • Our server seemed nervous. She did not know what was on draft and had trouble with the menu. I understand that this is a new establishment and everyone is new, but adequate training should have been provided to make the staff comfortable with the menu. Onto the food. The salad bar was outstanding. So many choices and everything was very fresh. The meats however are another story. Everything seemed very dry. No flavor from the actual meat, just flavor from salt and sauce. It was nice to try, but I won't be back again until they get their act together.
