Unethical and disceptive business practices. Had in good faith maintained an up-to-date account with this company with no late payment for 6 months and then one day they decided to suspend my service on a holiday weekend because I had reached this "fictitious" credit limit of $200.00? This right in the middle of my billing cycle where my account had a paid in full balance of zero??? This was something that they decided to implement without my consent nor did they advise me of this when I originally signed up. Today (3 years later) I am much happier and much better off with NOT giving my hard earned money to Telus/Koodoo thank you very much. This company has lost out of months of revenue and if they do this to enough people they will quickly be out of business! I pray that happens!! Telus gets a zero rating out of 10. Stay away!!
