Been there twice. First time to fix my beard and second time for a haircut. First visit was ok but I had to wait a really long time, even though I was the only person in que.
Second time did not leave a good impression on me at all. I called ahead using the card that one of the staff provided me with after my first visit (supposedly the card of the barber who took care of me that day). When I called, I was informed that this barber was out of town and wont be back for a few days. I went anyways (as a walk-in) and had to wait for a few minutes until one of the barbers sitting at the front desk was done using his phone. I can guarantee anyone that this barber has probably only been in the game for a few days because the cut was bad. He was very slow and lacked confidence. So instead of leaving a good impression on a new client by getting a more senior barber to take care of him, you instead choose to let a novice barber get some "training and experience". Very bad business management. A customer that leaves with a negative experience is very unlikely to return and/or recommend your business to other people.
Moreover, the barber who was supposedly out of town, was actually there and servicing clients during my visit...
Should also mention that in both visits I was not greeted appropriately. Main dude who was there both times just looked at me as if I didn't really exist.
