My experience at the Chelsea is mixed (based on multiple visits) which is why my overall rating is 3 stars. The sound is good, the staff is friendly, it's a nice place. Getting to the venue is another matter. Entry into the parking garage is a nightmare. The entrance to the parking garage shares the entrance to the taxi cab line (taxi drivers are very aggressive) and 3 lanes are compressed to a single lane causing traffic backups on both Harmon Ave. and Las Vegas Blvd. (as much as a 30 minute wait). Once inside the line to get into venue is always ridiculously long as well. Finally, if you are sitting in the front row of the balcony (should be great right?), don't expect to be able to see the show. The rail blocks the view of the stage, and for those in the aisle seats you may get a section of glass reflecting everything behind you back at you as well. Again, the facility itself is very nice, but the traffic issues and long waits to get in make for a less than perfect experience, so 3 stars, it's okay, just won't ever be the best place is Las Vegas to see a show.
