  • My first experience at Kona 13 was excellent. The subsequent visits after, not so much. I stop in when I am getting my car washed at Wash Wizard, which is attached to Kona 13. My first experience was an excellent strawberry lemonade on a warm afternoon. The visits after that were definitely not the same. They have not had anything in stock that I've tried to order since that first visit. The person who was "serving" me on my last visit gave me pretty bad service, even walking away from me as I was ordering. Not sure what the deal is at Kona 13, but the service has gotten worse and their selection has as well, being that I get told "we don't have that" every time I stop by. I think I'll skip giving Kona 13 my money during my next visit to Wash Wizard and go elsewhere for a drink.
