  • These people are disgusting. They have zero positive reviews on the BBB website and they don't even try to improve. Where's your pride and self-respect? You're operating a sham business that's bound to fail. It would be more sustainable to be honest and provide good customer service than to try to squeeze every last penny out of your tenants and ignore them afterward. Your reviews speak for themselves and anyone who rents from you after reading them should be ashamed for keeping you in business.
