Awful. I reported my dryer malfunction to Fidelity Home Warranty in September 2016. They sent a repair person who ordered three parts. One was on back order so they refused to install the two that were available. In January I threatened to sue and they agreed to install the parts that were available. The service man was fine. He doesn't work directly for Fidelity. But the dryer is still not operating properly. It has been five months and they have refused to replace the dryer or repair it properly. And Fidelity has repeatedly sent email requests for payments I do not owe. This is not a company that honors its contractual obligations.
