| - I went during toddler time with my son. It was okay but the staff made me pretty uncomfortable. They don't seem to want to be there and they stand around, glaring at you and waiting for you to break one of their stupid rules so they'll have something to do in the form of chastising you. They didn't tell us the rules upfront, so basically we were being watched and admonished for breaking rules we didn't know existed - like one person per trampoline. My three year old had to jump in the middle of a big trampoline all by himself and I was told repeatedly that I couldn't help him or even be on the same trampoline with him. Weird. Then they were telling him how to jump, and that he's breaking rules when he's three, he's still learning to talk, he has no understanding of what they're telling him, and I can't go show him or help him. We just tried to make the best of it since we already paid. The concept is really cool, but the vibe of the place is off. The staff seems ill-managed and unhappy. I expected them to be engaged, helpful, and enthusiastic. Having a kid tell me that I can't be near my own child, or that they know more about keeping my child safe than I do was pretty insulting. The whole reason we went was to have fun, and work on his gymnastics, and I basically couldn't even work with him because I couldn't be on the tramp with him. It was a total waste of our time and money. My son is five now and I was thinking of taking him back there but then I remembered our experience. Hmmm, probably won't bother.
