  • The grooming upselling is irritating. When I scheduling my dog for grooming I specified that I wanted the basic bath and nail trim. My husband dropped him off and they asked him if we were "still" going to do an upgraded treatment. He assumed I had asked for it since they acted like they were confirming so he said yes. Not happy. Won't groom here again since this is the second time this has happened.
