  • I came to the UPS store to pick up a package. I hate coming to this location. The woman was hostile and rude. The service at this location is so poor. The UPS store are also disorganized. In December, they couldn't find my package. I have to go behind the counter to find it. The store hours are terrible. They closed at 6 on the weekdays and 2 on Saturday. Would I come back? If I know a package is coming through UPS, I have it shipped to my office to avoid this location.
