  • I got in late Friday evening and was immediately received by a warm,welcoming,genuine staff. A very nice touch to be welcomed " home". The check in process was seamless and swift and accompanied by bottled water and a warm cookie!!!!! The room was simple with touches of Frank Lloyd Wright and craftsman style appointments. The bed was large and very comfortable. I was there for a charity event weekend and throughout the weekend and various events being held at the hotel,staff continually bent over backwards. Then there was the shuttle driver.I did not catch his name,however he was one of those people you meet for the first time and feel like you've known them forever. I asked if the shuttle could take me to Arizona Mills and that was no issue(5 mile local radius). The driver grabbed a bottle of water for me and off we went. Engaging conversation ensued. The level of detail in the amenities was just really wonderful. While I am disappointed my stay was very short,I have so many reasons to look forward to my next trip back. Kudos to the management and staff for bringing your A game and going above and beyond in all you do!
