  • Don't go here. My stylist didn't listen to what I wanted. A few thick, chunky, bold highlights that would stand-out. I ended up with teeny, tiny, highlights that just blended in. I had concerns about the color, but was just told it was a process that would take a few times to achieve. This process cost me $230.00, so a few more times is going to end up costing me $1000.00 to have highlights. I don't think so, I think the the stylist didn't do the job correctly and ended up placating me. Since the stylists work for themselves here, the owner washes her hands of any responsibility. You as a client receive nothing for your concerns. I was told to go somewhere else if I didn't like the results. Not a very good way to run a business these days when there are many places offering the same services.
